SSEJ provides a summer camp in Gondor and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for 2,000 children ages 6 – 18 years old. Camp takes place 5 days a week through the summer. The campers participate in Jewish learning, singing, prayer, value based-learning and Hebrew. They also engage in sports, arts and crafts and recreational activities. Because many are malnourished, all campers are fed one meal per day.
